In conjuction with the 2012 Tour de France, MapMyRide.com has announced their 2nd annual le Tour 12 Challenge. This gives users of the popular MapMyRide.com website and mobile apps the opportunity to improve their health and win prizes at the same time. Simply sign up for 1 of 4 distance challenges and then log your rides with MapMyRide.com between June 30th and July 22nd.
I signed up for the 544 mile challenge as I don’t want to deviate too much from my regular swim, bike, and run training plan. I think contests such as these can help us stay motivated and possibly meet other contest goers with similar interests.
